We understand, however, that circumstances may arise where a refund or return is appropriate. This policy explains your options clearly.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>A. Digital Products and Services<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>1. Membership Subscriptions<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>First-time purchases:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you are a new subscriber, you may request a full refund within <\/span><b>7 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of your initial purchase, provided you have not accessed or consumed a substantial portion of the membership content (generally defined as accessing more than 20% of available learning modules).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Subscription renewals:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Once a renewal billing cycle begins, the renewal charge is <\/span><b>non-refundable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will remain active until its natural expiration.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>2. One-Time Digital Courses and Pathways<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refund requests must be submitted within <\/span><b>14 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the purchase date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have completed more than <\/span><b>30%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the course content (including video lessons, assessments, and downloadable resources), your refund request may be declined to prevent abuse of the policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Courses accessed through promotional pricing, bundles, or scholarship grants may have separate refund terms as specified at the time of enrollment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>3. Cohort Programs (Live and Group-Based)<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cohort-based programs involve reserved seats, facilitator scheduling, and peer group formation. Due to this structure, refund policies for cohorts are as follows:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>More than 14 days before cohort start date:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Full refund available.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>7 to 14 days before cohort start date:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 50% refund or full credit toward a future cohort.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Less than 7 days before start, or after the cohort begins:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Refunds are <\/span><b>not available<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You may request a one-time transfer to the next available cohort of the same program, subject to availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>4. Coaching and Mentorship Sessions<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Eligible for a full reschedule or account credit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Not eligible for refund or credit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No-shows:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sessions missed without advance notice are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>B. Refund Processing Timeline<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within <\/span><b>7 to 14 business days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, depending on your original payment method and your payment provider&#8217;s processing times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
