- Subscription renewals: Once a renewal billing cycle begins, the renewal charge is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will remain active until its natural expiration.

- If you have completed more than 30% of the course content (including video lessons, assessments, and downloadable resources), your refund request may be declined to prevent abuse of the policy.
- Courses accessed through promotional pricing, bundles, or scholarship grants may have separate refund terms as specified at the time of enrollment.
Cohort-based programs involve reserved seats, facilitator scheduling, and peer group formation. Due to this structure, refund policies for cohorts are as follows:
