Return & Refund Policy

At Purposelee, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through every product and service we offer. We understand, however, that circumstances may arise where a refund or return is appropriate. This policy explains your options clearly.
A. Digital Products and Services
1. Membership Subscriptions
- First-time purchases: If you are a new subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not accessed or consumed a substantial portion of the membership content (generally defined as accessing more than 20% of available learning modules).
- Subscription renewals: Once a renewal billing cycle begins, the renewal charge is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will remain active until its natural expiration.
2. One-Time Digital Courses and Pathways
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- If you have completed more than 30% of the course content (including video lessons, assessments, and downloadable resources), your refund request may be declined to prevent abuse of the policy.
- Courses accessed through promotional pricing, bundles, or scholarship grants may have separate refund terms as specified at the time of enrollment.
3. Cohort Programs (Live and Group-Based)
- Cohort-based programs involve reserved seats, facilitator scheduling, and peer group formation. Due to this structure, refund policies for cohorts are as follows:
- More than 14 days before cohort start date: Full refund available.
- 7 to 14 days before cohort start date: 50% refund or full credit toward a future cohort.
- Less than 7 days before start, or after the cohort begins: Refunds are not available. You may request a one-time transfer to the next available cohort of the same program, subject to availability.
4. Coaching and Mentorship Sessions
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session: Eligible for a full reschedule or account credit.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session: Not eligible for refund or credit.
- No-shows: Sessions missed without advance notice are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
B. How to Request a Refund or Return

- Your full name and the email address associated with your Purposelee account
- Order or transaction number
- The product or service you are requesting a refund for
- A brief explanation of your reason for the request
- Screenshots or supporting documentation (if applicable)
C. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your original payment method and your payment provider’s processing times.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If your original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
D. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable. If you are facing an extraordinary circumstance (such as a medical emergency, bereavement, or natural disaster) that prevents you from using a service you have paid for, please reach out to us. We review such cases individually and with compassion.
