Most digital products — including memberships, standalone courses, and Galaxy Pathways — provide immediate access upon successful payment completion. Once your transaction is confirmed, you can log in to your Purposelee dashboard and begin your learning journey right away.

2. Email Confirmations and Access Instructions

A payment receipt and detailed access instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your Purposelee account within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

3. Cohort Programs and Scheduled Services

Live cohort programs and mentorship engagements follow published start dates. You will receive enrollment confirmation and calendar details via email upon registration. Access to pre-cohort materials, community channels, and onboarding resources may be granted before the official start date.

4. Quiz Cosmos and AI-Generated Pathways

Quiz Cosmos assessment results and personalized pathway recommendations are generated in real time. Once you complete the assessment, your customized learning pathway will be available immediately on your dashboard.

5. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for all digital services. However, scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions. We will communicate planned downtime in advance wherever possible through email notifications or on-platform banners.
