You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and access paid Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete — and that you will maintain and promptly update this information as needed.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create a Purposelee account, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

All prices, billing cycles, and inclusions for our Services are displayed clearly at checkout.
Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment processing is handled through trusted third-party payment providers. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees.
We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to active billing cycles.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content available through the Purposelee platform — including but not limited to videos, written materials, frameworks (such as the Pyramid of Change and FREE HEIGHTS), curriculum, branding, logos, graphics, software, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of Purposelee or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, license, or exploit any Content from our platform without prior written permission from Purposelee.

Your membership or enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

6. Community Conduct

Purposelee is a values-driven community built on the principle of Trust First. As a member of our community, you agree to uphold the following standards:

You agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, bully, or demean any other member, mentor, or staff member.
Post or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful.
Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, credentials, or affiliations.
Engage in spamming, solicitation, scams, pyramid schemes, or the exploitation of other members for personal or financial gain.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
Share, resell, or redistribute access credentials, course materials, or proprietary content.

We reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, restrict access, or permanently terminate accounts for violations of these community standards — at our sole discretion.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Purposelee provides educational, developmental, and informational content designed to support your personal and professional growth. Our Services are not a substitute for:

Professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Licensed therapy, counseling, or psychological services (unless explicitly provided by a qualified, credentialed professional through our platform).

8. Coaching and Mentorship Disclaimer

Coaching and mentorship services provided through Purposelee are designed to offer guidance, perspective, and accountability. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and application.

Participation in coaching or mentorship programs does not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, qualifications, or professional results.

9. Nextep Career Facilitation Disclaimer

The Nextep Placement Cell is a career facilitation service that connects learners with potential opportunities, projects, internships, and collaborations. Purposelee acts as a connector and facilitator — not as an employer, recruiter, or placement agent.

Nextep does not guarantee employment, income, job offers, or specific career outcomes. All opportunities are subject to market availability, partner alignment, and your individual readiness and qualifications.

10. FREE HEIGHTS Scholarships

Scholarships under the FREE HEIGHTS Program are awarded based on available funding, applicant eligibility, and selection criteria as published at the time of each application cycle.

Scholarship awards are not guaranteed and are granted at Purposelee’s sole discretion.
Continuation, renewal, or extension of scholarships may depend on the recipient’s participation, progress, and adherence to program requirements.
Purposelee reserves the right to modify scholarship criteria, availability, and terms at any time.

11. Third-Party Links, Tools, and Integrations

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (such as payment processors, video conferencing platforms, or community tools). These third-party services are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies.

Purposelee is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to our Services — with or without notice — in the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms or our Community Conduct standards.
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Actions that compromise the safety, integrity, or reputation of the Purposelee community.
Non-payment of fees or unresolved billing disputes.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We are not obligated to refund any fees paid prior to termination for cause.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purposelee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Purposelee in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purposelee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Where applicable, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
