One must have a Strong profile and presence on LinkedIn.

Below are few tips:

Build your network on linkedin. Target around 20k quality connections with your skill fellows, trade and industry fellows, seniors and top notch of your trade, along with your students and followers.

Also build connections with HR seniors of firms in your trade.

Post regularly , DAILY basis. This will build your personal brand.

Engage in conversations with others. Comment on their posts.

Conduct a health check, on which keywords are you being searched and what’s the search volume.

Add projects, voluntarily experience, organisations, courses on your profile. About me also needs a bit of revamping.

Invest in a good course of LinkedIn, so that you come professional.
